I came in for a cleaning and another procedure and learned the hygienist scheduled to clean my teeth had called in sick, which meant I’d have to return another day for the cleaning. Wasn’t thrilled at that prospect since I travel a long distance. Amazingly, Dr. Phan was available so she cleaned my teeth, saving me an extra trip! I was so grateful at their flexibility.
